LET'S TALK ABOUT ESSENCE OF LIFE

Essence of Life (EoL) by Muslim Women Coaching (MWC) is the world's first Islamic-based creative coaching kit designed to hold and carry deeply meaningful conversation - with the ultimate goal of seeking the mercy, blessings and pleasure of Allah the Almighty.

There are three decks in the coaching kit, each contains 99 cards:

• Discover: Whether a photo or a word, it invites you to experience and explore the different meanings that the photo or word gives to you. You create your own insights and perceptions based on what you see, sense and feel from the cards you have chosen.
• Dare: The carefully selected questions allow you to explore thought patterns, preferences, reasons, options and decisions that lead you towards valuable insights. 
• Du'a: Be inspired by the beautiful names of Allah - the Asma-ul-Husna. Here is your invitation to experience submission to the One who loves to be called upon.

The process can include cards from all three decks or two or just one. It is entirely up to the coach to decide which method will assist you at coaching time. From the exercise, you may discover an idea, an answer, a vision, or a new understanding of yourself. When you are ready to move forward, begin with good intentions and end with full submission to The Almighty.

The Essence of Life presents friendly and structured ways for you to work on multi-level discoveries for yourself and others. These discoveries are unearthed through questions and the answers you find will lead you towards your coaching goals.

The usage of the cards help you to peruse MWC's I.S.L.A.M. Coaching Conversation model:

• Intention; gives you clarity on what you want to achieve;
• See; gives you clarity on the outcome - the end goal that you want;
• Learn; helps you to identify your available resources;
• Action; helps you identify the things that needs to be done; and
• Munajat; reminds and invites you towards making personalised supplication.

EoL invites and allows you to get in touch with your inner self without fear and worry. It provides a safe space for you to explore the options that you have without feeling judged. You step deeper into the solution as you get more comfortable listening to yourself answering the questions - allowing you to see more choices and resources that are accessible to you.

The base of EoL is Allah's 99 Beautiful Names. From here, it allows the width and depth in exploring your senses, values and options.

MWC - Muslim Women Coach; is a group of muslim women who have been trained in self-coaching and the art of coaching others via the MWC's I.S.L.A.M. Coaching Conversation model. The idea is to assist women out there who are being challenged day-by-day by their past and current experiences, plus their hopes and desires for a better future - for themselves and their loved ones. MWC hopes to be able to help them in discovering their true self and achieving their dreams. MWC was founded by Annie Yahaya.
