I am Hajar, and I am a certified women empowerment life coach. I have always taken up any opportunity to find better ways to do things, simpler way of solving problems and above all mindfulness over the chaotic world we live in.
My own life's journey is a testament to self growth and improvement as I seek and continue to be a better person than I was. Our life is never a race against other people, it's a conscious choice to be an improved version of ourselves than the day before, the year before.
Through my journey, I realised that many women have similar challenges; you may feel overwhelmed and want to heal or you may feel stuck and want to take action. Having found my true passion, I now help women just like you around the world to find their inner spark to start crafting their healing journey.
I love incorporating the mind, the body and the soul into my coaching sessions as I believe a holistic approach in gaining clarity will ignite the passion within. Through this, growth and development can be achieved, inshaAllah.
